My experience with Skinny Mint

It's already April ! I have not touched this blog for four months.

SO let's start with my weight loss.

FAIL.

I tried Skinny Mint in December. The side effects that I face was too much for me to bear.
Caution to anybody who wants to try it: IF you have any heart condition please do not consider taking coffee or tea. Yes TEA as well whether it is green, red or black tea. NO CAFFEINE at all.

I do not have any existing heart condition, I am just sharing my experience. My own personal experience.

Morning Boost
Drinking the Morning Boost does give me a heighten level of alertness. I don't drink coffee on a regular basis, I do get a cup of frappuccino from Starbucks or a Ice-blended from Coffee Bean once a week or even a monthly basis. Drinking the morning boost give me heart palpitation and anxiety for the entire day. I feel very restless and just uncomfortable. On day 15, I went to the hospital thinking I was going to die. I couldn't take it anymore, I was walking along orchard road with a friend and I started breaking out in cold sweat that really scared me. I stopped taking the tea after that. I even emailed them to ask about the caffeine level, they said it's very little but really we have to listen to our body. My body say no, it's way over the limit for me.

Night Cleanse
This tea does relieve bloating. I feel extremely slim every other day because of this. However, it does contain certain laxative so it isn't very suitable for people who has sensitive stomach.

Ever since the hospital scare, I stopped drinking Skinny Mint. I just think it doesn't suit me and it is a good lesson for me. There's no short cut in weight loss.
No more teatox or any of such tox for me. It might work for you but it didn't for me. =(
