My trip as a crasher to Bangkok

So, I just came back from Bangkok, Thailand. I went with my fresh graduate hubby and his friends. One who has already graduated last year and one who hasn't.
For me, I am far far from graduating !

I have decided to just jot down the stuff we did there for memory =D

I know I wasn't exactly on my bestest behavior. Well if you're a lady like me you would understand how it feels when red comes to attack you on the first day of your trip. The soreness, sleepiness, crankiness not in the mood for anything.

So we actually took the 9am flight to Bangkok.

These are some of the photos we took in Changi itself. I tried to sleep on the plane but I was just feeling so uncomfortable. But we had a few rounds of Monopoly. It was fun because I won two rounds haha!!

So we land in Bangkok around 11am (Bangkok time). We had our first meal in the food court at the airport and it only cost 50baht ! Had a really good lor bak (pork in gravy) rice and it was the first time I noticed that Thais love sugar and their spices. There are jars of sugar for them everywhere.

We booked our accommodation through AirBnB. This is the apartment we stayed for 5 nights. There are two bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen as well as a washing machine. A really clean place! The location was the best though, to get there we were required to walk a lot. But there are many street hawkers around so that's where we get our lunch =D

Location: 3.5/5 - In between Sala Daeng (BTS) and Silom (MRT).
Amenities: 4.5/5 - Lived like a local =)

Have to walk a lot. In between two different train stations. Plus point would be the awesome street food around. Especially, street version of Toufusan and Braised Pork Knuckle with Rice ! YUMMY!

We all took a short nap then we head to Nana (BTS) for the guys to tailor some shirt. We went to Crown Tailor. Reasonably priced. 4/5

For dinner, Chang recommended ISAO. I LOVE THE FOOD THERE. For the picky eater like me, I think its really good. Well priced and portioned. 10/5

We also went to many random places that photos weren't taken.

We had Thai Massage at the Healthland Spa . 500baht for two hours. 4/5

At the weekend market, Chatuchak. Chang's quest: to look for the famous coconut ice cream and Honey BBQ Pork. WE FOUND THEM. The pork was yummy, 45baht for 100g !! (Not for those who are on a strict diet) 4.5/5
